She started collecting sterling silver pieces in her mid-twenties and enjoyed decades of exploring this wonderfully elegant world filled with history and romance. A native of Washington, D.C., she has spent most of her life in the Mid-Atlantic region except for 14 years in Indianapolis with her husband, Joey. She now makes her home in St. Michaels, Maryland.
She worked as a television writer/producer for many years. Her work has taken her into the performing arts center for a ground-breaking production of the first national musical entertainment special in sign language, “Sing a Sign” broadcast on PBS…. as well as a number of sports arenas for programs on ESPN.
Precious metals have marked the high points of her television career: a Silver Medal in the New York International Film Festival, the CINE Golden Eagle and three Telly Awards (they’re gold too).
The love of writing and the magic of stories has been part of her life since her grandmother wove exciting tales at bedtime. Now, she is excited to present the third book in her St. Michaels/Silver mystery series, “Painted Silver.”
